Here at Print & Learn, we strive to create digital learning resources of a high standard. We understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary.

Please carefully read our Refund and Returns policy to understand the conditions and procedures associated with returning or seeking a refund for your purchases.

Eligibility for refund and returns

Due to the nature of our products which is digital. We do not offer returns or refunds for our products. Once the purchase is completed, and the files are downloaded, the sale is considered final.

However, we may consider granting a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital worksheet more than once, please contact our customer support team with proof of the duplicate purchase, such as order confirmation emails or transaction receipts. We will review the request and, if validated, issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  2. Technical Issues: In the event that you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or utilizing the digital worksheet, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. If the technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, we may consider offering a refund at our discretion.


To be eligible for a refund, please contact and describing the following:  reason(s) for requesting a refund, order number, email address associated with the purchase. 

Once your refund application is received, we will review your request and assess your eligibility for a refund based on our policy guidelines. We may request additional information or documentation to support your application.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will notify you  of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
